Jem Sirrine: Jem Sirrine is the PGA/ECR team lead for International Customs Clearance at FedEx Logistics in Memphis, Tennessee. He has been with the company for nearly three years and is pivotal in overseeing the clearance of international shipments. His responsibilities include managing communication with government agencies, training new agents, and troubleshooting any issues related to high-value shipments. He ensures that all shipments comply with regulatory standards, resolves delays, and continuously works to improve the clearance process for greater efficiency within the team. Jem’s professional journey began in athletic training as an intern with the Cleveland Indians in Winter Haven, Florida, after earning his Bachelor’s in Athletic Training from Appalachian State University. During his internship, he assisted with rehabilitating and treating player injuries for both minor and major leagues. Afterward, he became a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at the University of Central Florida, where he earned a Master of Arts in Exercise Physiology.
